I just picked up a New Year’s Eve postcard that was sitting in my organizer, as I was restlessly watching interview with Ori Gersht. It was the visuality and texture of the photographed subject that catch my eye. I have decided to put it on the wall above my working desk, but as I turned it around I was puzzled, which site should be glued. Suddenly the value of the picture was fighting with the text on the other side. What do I valuate more, the visuality or the typewritten text? Actually it was a drawn heart and my name than made me put the scotch tape on the photographic part.
